| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit/debit card payment using our SECURE ONLINE SYSTEM. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Alternatively, you can send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or by email (at your own risk) over the Internet. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom (Great Britain & Northern Ireland) place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Note that your card statement will show ADVANCE MICRO COMPUTERS LTD and not Country-Clothing.com. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice/receipt. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY Royal Mail or courier, ARE SUBJECT TO A POST & PACKING (DELIVERY) CHARGE, AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. UK MAINLAND: £3 for small weight single item orders. These are sent by Royal Mail Signed-For delivery. You must sign for the delivery. All other UK orders are £6+VAT and are sent by courier. This service is only available for orders within Mainland UK ONLY, and Excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday deliveries. We share a courier with Aegis Shoes Ltd (also in Incon House) and you may receive an email or phone call from the courier saying you are receiving a delivery by Aegis Shoes.. but it is really from us!! Postal Charges (For UK Mainland ONLY) are clearly shown on your order form BEFORE you complete your order. All goods are sent by signed-for delivery - if there is any chance you may not be in to sign for your goods due to work commitments, school runs etc, PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS WHERE THE PARCEL MAY BE LEFT IN THE 'SHIPPING NOTE' BOX AT THE END OF THE ORDER FORM - ideally a neighbours house number. The parcel cannot be left outside an empty premises. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the cost at the time you place your order. ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Europe, Rest Of World (Excluding USA). These will be made by at actual cost, and usually dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed-For Airmail. The Standard Postal Rates shown above do NOT apply. Orders will be subject to Airmail regulations, and may be divided into more than one parcel to comply with weight restrictions. Airmail Shipping price is highly variable, dependent on Destination & Parcel Weight, and it is not possible to show this price at the time of ordering. A manual adjustment will made to the invoice at the time the parcel is packed, wherever additional Postal Costs are incurred. Courier delivery is NOT available outside UK Mainland. Please be advised that We cannot guarantee delivery time on any order being delivered outside the UK Mainland - please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail / local delivery. | Delivery Schedule We try to process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under a week. We only accept orders from countries within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, North America, Australia and New Zealand. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card SecurityWe know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. When you place your order a secure path exists between your computer and our web site (although the padlock symbol in your browser will show "unlocked") . We use a different security system to other systems. When you enter your credit card numbers, they are encrypted using "locking" 128 bit encryption keys. They can only be decrypted by the matching "unlocking" keys on our computer using our special software. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. | Returns Policy If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within seven days of receipt provided it is in its original packing and unused. After this seven day cooling off period any returns will be at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return postage and refunds will reflect the cost of goods only, not post and packing costs. Should any item be faulty, return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. Your statutory rights are unaffected Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. the cost of return postage will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
